Please note, all unwanted items must be returned in a resalable condition, unused and secured in their original packaging. Simply return your products to our warehouse in California within 60 days of placing your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange service is not supported at this moment.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

1. You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 60 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Damaged or Defective Products
We provide refund for items that are damaged or defective due to fulfillment errors, manufacturing defects, or shipping damage. To start your refund, please send an email with your proof of purchase and photo showing the defect/damage of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchange service is not supported at this moment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few business days.
Customer is able to cancel their order 48 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email email@example.com to cancel within the time period.
